Narcotics is a serious complex issue for our city and our Police Department.  There are many problems associated with narcotics that could and should be addressed by various city departments.  The initial focus  of this Neighborhood Task Force will be taking steps within the community to shut down open air street markets where violence has or could occur in public places.
